My shipping box has a dent, hole or arrived damaged! What can I do?

We've put a lot of thought into designing our boxes each season to make sure they are visually appealing. Please keep in mind the box is primarily for shipping and is designed to protect what is inside.

We do not offer replacements for any damaged box.

However, if you do receive a box that has a hole in it which has resulted in items damaged in your package, reach out to hello@polepunzelbox.com and we will attempt to replace those items for you.

Please provide documented evidence of the damage in a photo or video with the full name and email associated with the subscription box, for us to process a partial refund or send you replacement items.

Please note: Replacement items may take 8 weeks or longer to be shipped out since most items in The Polepunzel Box are custom.
